AGM 2016
To comply with the good corporate governance, BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited (“Company”) held the Annual General Meeting for Year 2016 at 2.00 p.m. at Banyan I Room, 10th Floor, Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel, No. 21/100 South Sathon Road, Sathon, Bangkok. During the shareholder meeting, the company received useful suggestions and opinions, which would be used to improve business operation to maximize the shareholder value further.
Environmental ESG 100
So far, the Company has fully recognized that business growth and successes can be done in line with the responsibilities to society and environment under good Corporate Governance (CG) which helps the company bring about long-term sustainable growth to maximize the value for all stakeholders. As a result of that, BJCHI has been chosen one of 100 listed company from 621 ones by THAIPAT serving as Thailand pioneer of corporate sustainability assessment, to provide Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG 100) certificate for the company on 20 June 2016.
BJCHI supported the forest preservation efforts
BJCHI is committed to raising the employee awareness of the responsibilities to society and environment as a part of business operation. Thus, the company continues to support the forest preservation efforts at the Jomhae Mountain in the Nikompattana District.
