BJCHI has successfully completed the module fabrication of the “Chemical and Refining Integrated Singapore Plant (CRISP)” Project
BJCHI has successfully completed the module fabrication of the “Chemical and Refining Integrated Singapore Plant (CRISP)” Project, expanding the clean fuel and lubricant output of ExxonMobil’s Singapore Chemical Plant. The project involved collaborating with Técnicas Reunidas as the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) since 2019.
Despite the challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic, the project resumed construction in December 2022. Modularization and construction techniques were employed with 35 units ranging from below 100 metric tons to 4,200 metric tons, all part of the integrated ExxonMobil manufacturing complex. This accomplishment showcases the team’s resilience, and engineering prowess, again positioning BJCHI as a prominent fabrication supplier in the Refinery and Modularization sector.

His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua and Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana have granted an audience to Mr. Seung Woo Lee, Deputy Managing Director of BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited to receive a souvenir on occasion of contributing to a charity fund started by the King supporting the Thai Red Cross Soceity on Wednesday June 28, 2023 at the main auditorium, Thailand Cultural Centre.

BJCHI received 100 scores from 2022 AGM Assessment
As the critical importance of the fundamental rights of its shareholders, BJCHI held 2022 Annual General Meeting on 22nd April 2022 at the Company’s head office, Rayong. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, BJCHI has deeply concerned for the health and safety of shareholders and all stakeholders participating in 2022 AGM. The Company arranged the meeting by Electronic Meeting (E-AGM).
Moreover, the Company received the full assessment score at 100 of 100, considered as “the excellent level” under quality assessment by Thai Investors Association (TIA) for the arrangement of its 2022 AGM. This is another success to prove that the Company has continued to give importance to and focus on continuous development of corporate governance.

BJCHI receives 2020 Outstanding IR Award
BJCHI highly prioritizes investor relation activities by establishing Investor Relation (IR) Department serving as the contact point to communicate with investors, analysts and related parties on an efficient manner. Due to our continuous determination, BJCHI received 2020 Outstanding IR Award from the Stock Exchange of Thailand in SET Award 2020 in the group of listed companies with market capitalization between 3,000 – 10,000 million baht on 15th December 2020.

2019 Company Visit
As key principle of BJCHI’s business operation, the Company firmly complys with the Principles of Good Corporate Governance to create transparency for investors and build up confidence to external parties. BJCHI recognizes the importance of regularly disclosing the information for analysts, investors and shareholders to receive the Company’s information. On 19-20 December 2019, BJCHI organized Company Visit for analysts, insitutional investors and shareholders by giving the visitors the opportunity to get insight into BJCHI’s business operation through meeting, engaging and interacting with the management teams at BJCHI’s Head office and Sattahip modularization yard.
