BJCHI’s delegation has visited JGC Corporation at its Headquarters in Yokohama, Japan for strengthener the relationship between the two parties

BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited has been successfully certified as a member of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption.  Mr. Boonchuay Korkitrotjana, Chairman of the Board of Director, as company representative received the certificate on Thursday 11th October 2018 at Napalai Ballroom, Dusit Thani Hotel.

The event was organized by Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption in the support of Government of Thailand and Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). And cooperated with 8 leading organizations, namely, Thai Institute of Directors, The Thai Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber of Commerce, Thai Listed Companies Association, The Thai Banker Association, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, The Federation of Thai Industries and Tourism Council of Thailand.

On 16^th August 2018, ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (Thailand) Limited (TISL), one of Thailand’s leading multidisciplinary Engineering and Project Delivery Contractors, visits BJCHI’s factory for finalize of BJCHI’s execution plan.  This is part of RFP process for their Project in Hungary.

BJCHI is, currently, being in a shortlist of potential bidders for this project.

On 9^th Aug 2018, ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM), the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, visited BJCHI’s factory and discussed the opportunity to work with local capability Contractors in its plan to develop a new Petrochemical Plant and upgrade an existing Oil Refinery at Sriracha’s Complex.  A day visit at BJCHI’s main factory at Nikhompattana, Rayong by ExxonMobil’s Business Development Group initiates the future cooperation between the two companies.

On 20^th  June 2018, BHP Billiton (BHP), the world’s leading company specializing in mining, petroleum and coal, visits BJCHI’s factory and oversees the progress of Spence Growth Project whose  scope of work includes steel structures and fabrication used in mining industry in Chile.  There is also the meeting held between BHP and BJCHI’s project management team at BJCHI’s main factory at Nikhompattana in Rayong.

8^th June 2018, Ophir Thailand (Bualuang) Limited (Ophir), an oil and gas exploration company operating its business throughout Africa and Asia came to BJCHI’s main factory at Nikhompattana in Rayong. The kick-off meeting between BJCHI’s project management team and Ophir was held to prepare and detail the project execution after BJCHI has been awarded Phase 4B BLWPC and Decks Fabrication and Transportation project in early June 2018.

21^st May 2018, Intecsa Industrial, Spanish’s international leading contractor in EPC projects comes to visit the company’s production facilities and meet with BJCHI’s management and its project management team at BJCHI’s main factory at Nikhompattana in Rayong.

On 7^th May 2018, Ausgroup, a leading construction and engineering company specializing in providing fabrication, construction and integrated services, visited BJC Heavy Industries PCL (BJCHI). During the visit, BJCHI’s executives and the company’s project management team gave them a warm welcome at BJCHI’s head office, Nikhompattana, Rayong.

On 4^th May 2018, Thyssenkrupp, one of the leading EPC contractor providing multidisciplinary engineering services to customers in downstream and upstream oil & gas, refinery, chemical, petrochemical, oleochemical, bioplastics and general industry sectors came to visit BJC Heavy Industries PCL (BJCHI). During the client visit, Mr. Seong Jin Lee, Assistant Managing Director and the project management team gave them a warm welcome.

To comply with the good corporate governance, BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited (“Company”) held the Annual General Meeting for Year 2018 on 27^th April 2018, at 1.30 p.m. at BJCHI’s head office, Makhamkoo Sub-district, Nikompattana District, Rayong. During the shareholder meeting, the company received useful suggestions and opinions, which would be used to improve business operation to maximize the shareholder value further.
