Company Limited ("Company") No. 1/2020, held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 has
passed the resolutions to determine the schedule of the 2020 Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM 2020") on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 13.30 hrs.
The Meeting venue will be at the Meeting Room 101, BJC Heavy Industries Public
Company Limited address 594 Moo 4, Makamkoo, Nikompattana, Rayong 21180.
The Company will post the Invitation Letter of AGM 2020 on the Company's website
